Returns & Exchanges

We offer 7-day returns or exchanges from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Products that are damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or exchange if applicable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed if the ordered item is out of stock or cannot be replaced.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method or bank transfer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Used or washed products
Products without original tags or packaging
Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)
