We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer depending on the courier network.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Any promotional offers for Free Shipping will be clearly mentioned on the website.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched through PostEx Courier, you will receive your tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment.
7. Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple delivery attempts due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

While we work closely with PostEx Courier to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your shipment is significantly delayed or lost, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
